I love the seat and the massage functionality. I enjoy the fact that you are able to adjust the seat to all angles (hate flying those airlines like Virgin where you can only flip around the seat). You can improve the quality of the mattress that you use - it is too thin and often I find myself sleeping on top of that and the duvet which is not ideal. The seat is not always as clean as it should be, often the side pockets are quite dirty. I like the fact that the seat faces forward, I do not like rear facing nor do I like herringbone seats. I am willing to sacrifice some privacy for the fact that the seat faces forward. Slight more length for me personally would also be great as I am quite tall.

The quality of the products on board in the cosmetics bag is not ideal. Please do not give up the champagne ever (read some where that there is a risk of you going the MCC route and that won't do). Pajamas would be cool on board - like the touch on some of the other airlines.
